You have to admit, the name has a ring to it. Maybe not a good one, but it makes you chuckle and that is pretty much all I'm trying to do. Low-brow humor here I come! Bur seriously, Entrepreneurial Juice is an organization I setup to allow entrepreneurs in Ithaca to meet. It is like a book club except there are no books and we meet at a bar. We don't discuss Jane Austen, we discuss Michael Arrington starting his own fund AND still blogging about startups. (How is that NOT a conflict?) It is a place where entrepreneurs, marketers, IB guys, and anyone else can come to talk about early stage companies.
The meetings are informal and attendance is not recored. We cover two broad topics - major events in the industry (Groupon's delayed IPO) and ideas that we have for new businesses. If you're looking for inspiration or for a co-founder, come check us out.
Logistically, it is easier to organize everyone on Facebook. So, please join our group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/279857518707514/members/ If this idea takes off, I'll setup a proper website for EntrepreneurialJuice.com but that also means modifying my Apache vhosts config, modifying the database, provisioning resources on my server and setting up the CMS. Believe it or not, that isn't the most fun thing to do in the world.
Please note that Entrepreneurial Juice is an ineedcaffeine LLC thing and is in no way affiliated with Cornell University. We're just in Ithaca and happen to be filled with Cornell students.
